You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your UUBD login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. UUBD will never ask for your password via chat, email, or phone. UUBD uses your registered mobile number as the primary identifier for your account. Make sure the number you register with is one you actively use and have access to.
UUBD accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. UUBD does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges — check with your provider if you are unsure.
Deposits are credited to your UUBD wallet within 60 seconds of a successful transaction in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within 10 minutes, contact UUBD support with your transaction reference number and the issue will be investigated promptly.
Withdrawals are processed to the mobile wallet number registered on your UUBD account only. UUBD does not process withdrawals to third-party numbers, bank accounts, or payment methods not associated with your account. This policy exists to protect players from unauthorised withdrawals.
UUBD reserves the right to request documentation to verify the source of funds before processing large withdrawals. This is a standard anti-money laundering measure and is not a reflection on any individual player.
Attempting to withdraw funds that were deposited but never wagered — commonly known as "bonus abuse" or "money laundering through a gaming platform" — is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure.

If your account is suspended, you will not be able to log in, deposit, withdraw, or play until the suspension is lifted. UUBD will contact you via your registered details to explain the reason for suspension and what steps, if any, are required to resolve it.
If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. If your account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — for example, at your own request — your remaining balance will be returned to your registered mobile wallet after any pending wagering requirements are assessed.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting UUBD support. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, please inform support so that appropriate tools and resources can be offered before closure is processed.
